    Description

    Design and execute performance and load tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.

     

    Analyze results to uncover bottlenecks, latency issues, and scalability limits.

     

    Collaborate with developers, architects, and fellow Q/A engineers to define performance KPIs and test strategies.

     

    Build and maintain realistic test environments and data sets.

     

    Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

     

    Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and production troubleshooting.

     

    Stay current with performance testing trends, tools, and best practices.

    Requirements

    Performance Testing Expertise:

    + Required: LoadRunner, JMeter

    + Bonus: UFT, ALM/Quality Center

     

    Programming Languages: C, C#, JavaScript, VBScript

     

    Database Skills: Oracle, SQL Server, SQL, T-SQL

     

    Automation Tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress

     

    CI/CD Tools: TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps

     

    Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC

    Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
