In this role, you will:
+ Plan, coordinate, and evaluate youth activity programs with community partners, including creative, recreational, spiritual, and service-oriented events.
+ Develop and maintain structured daily/monthly volunteer schedules and supervise volunteer engagement.
+ Track youth participation and volunteer performance, ensuring accurate documentation.
+ Collaborate with Development and Recreation Therapy teams on program planning, equipment needs, and event support.
+ Maintain clean and organized activity spaces before and after use.
+ Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and training in alignment with agency policies.
+ Assist with development-related events, fundraisers, and special projects.
+ Participate in professional development, report concerns, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Georgia provides programs and services for adolescent with developmental diagnoses. Located in Kennesaw, GA.
