Position Summary:

As a **Special Projects Coordinator** , you will support the planning, execution, and reporting of various projects aligned with our grant objectives and organizational goals. You’ll serve as a liaison across departments and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, journals, and research reports

+ Provide project coordination support by compiling information, tracking timelines, and updating databases

+ Liaise with internal departments and external organizations regarding current and future projects

+ Collaborate with department leads to develop project plans and reporting mechanisms

+ Prepare and submit reports as requested

+ Work with vendors to obtain estimates and manage budgets

+ Track and report on grant funding and compliance

+ Assist in the development of marketing materials and grant documents

+ Support Development and External Affairs with events and donations

+ Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

* At least three years of experience working in a professional office setting.

* Experience preparing business letters and correspondences.

* Experience managing projects and events.

* Experience working with vendors, receiving estimates and tracking expenditures is required.

* Experience writing proposals and/or grant writing is highly desired

* Experience designing marketing materials, including online media, is highly desired.
