    Analyst on the Business Transformation team. Contributing to team strategies through structured analysis, reporting, and documentation. This role requires a versatile and self-motivated individual who takes guidance well and thrives in a structured environment. Key responsibilities are performing root cause analysis, data analysis, and producing presentations and reports for consumption by the Business Transformation leadership and other business leaders.

    Position Overview

    As an Analyst, you will be embedded within the Business Transformation team and occasionally support broader Business Operations efforts. You will contribute to team strategies through structured analysis, reporting, and documentation.This role requires a versatile and self-motivated individual who takes guidance well and thrives in a structured environment. You will perform root cause analysis, data analysis, and produce presentations and reports for consumption by the Business Transformation leadership and other business leaders.

    Responsibilities:

    + Support multi-disciplinary project teams who are engaged on complex company transformation initiatives that involve documents and data

    + Conduct structured analysis of business processes and systems to identify root causes and improvement opportunities

    + Request, analyze, and track project reports, milestones, and deliverables

    + Communicate risks and findings clearly to team members and stakeholders

    + Create and maintain reports and dashboards cross-functional consumption, using tools such as Power BI

    + Quantify potential benefits, costs, and resource requirements associated with recommended business process solutions

    + Support Business Transformation team strategies through documentation, research, and data synthesis

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with internal processes and standards

    + Stay current with relevant tools, platforms, and best practices in project management, change management, and business transformation

    + Assist broader Business Operations initiatives as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business, communications, organizational development, or related field

    + Advanced skills in Microsoft 365; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

    + Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft Power Apps platform.

    + Experienced in connecting Power BI semantic models to multiple data sources such as SQL Server

    + Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future

    + Demonstrated experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Highly organized and detail oriented

    + Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take direction

    + Comfortable working in a team-oriented, structured environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Project management experience

    + Change management experience

    + Experience in energy industry a plus

     

    Base Pay

     

    $60,000-$75,000 USD Annual

     

    15% Bonus

     

    The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills. In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
