NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week in our Walnut Creek, CA office.
We are seeking a Visual Designer to join our internal creative services team. Ideal candidate will have an awareness of best practices, as well as a keen eye for current trends, in social, video, and digital content design. Projects focus on product marketing creative, and may include print, video, motion, and UI design. The Visual Designer is a strong creative problem solver with a point of view; can work independently; and understands how to apply and the importance of brand guidelines. Ideal candidate will have curiosity and early experience deploying AI tools, especially Google-based AI tools such Gemini, Veo, and Imagen. This position is an individual contributor and works closely with cross-functional business partners and external agencies as needed.
Essential Functions
+ Understanding of fundamental design principles for social, video, digital, and print that affect composition, color, typography, imagery, use of space and hierarchy of information
+ Conceptual and brainstorming skills are a must as you will be expected to carry out a concept from start to completion, on your own
+ Ability to deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in both conceptual and production-level projects
+ Capable of clearly and effectively communicate ideas
+ Ability to contribute to shaping the creative thought leadership for new campaign designs
+ Experience/openness to deploying AI tools, within legal and policy guidelines of our organization
+ Collaborates with product marketing to ensure design solution meets product requirements and complements product marketing strategy across various marketing channels
+ Prepares and presents creative concepts to the stakeholders for feedback, direction and approval.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
+ A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating digital expertise and brand storytelling
+ Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, AfterEffects, and an understanding of design system best practices, action scripting, and HTML CSS as it applies to digital design
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Strong strategic thinker, able to establish a look and feel, evaluate a creative approach, brainstorm, think and respond quickly while delivering original and innovative ideas
+ A positive and clear communicator— able to articulate ideas and voice constructive opinions
+ A great collaborator and able to work with people across multiple categories and functional areas
Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification
+ Bachelor's degree required; Design or related preferred
+ 1-3 years experience

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $74,788.00 - Mid: $93,483.00- Max: $112,179.00
