    Description

    We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Trainee to join our team. Monday- Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm. This entry-level role involves a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving and processing stock, picking and packing orders, shipping, and organizing inventory.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Maintain excellent personal safety record

    + Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling and consolidating materials, packing boxed, placing order in staging areas.

    + Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.

    + Maintains inventory controls by processing new, old, and current inventory.

    + Operate equipment, (i.e., Forklifts, electric trucks, scooters)

    + Perform other duties as needed.

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Keeping accurate inventory through daily inventory counts.

    + Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, and moving goods efficiently and safely.

    + Accuracy in handling inventory, checking orders, and ensuring that shipments are correctly processed.

    + Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software, and general computer use for data entry and tracking.

    + Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

    + Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

    + Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.

    + Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in the workflow or technology.

    + Understanding the importance of customer satisfaction and accuracy in order fulfillment.

    + Competency in performing basic calculations for inventory counts and order processing.
