    About the role:

    Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, fast, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Supply Chain & Operations team as the Director of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

     

    This individual will be responsible for leading the Demand Planning team, presently consisting of 4 direct reports, and the monthly S&OP cycle. This role features heavy cross functional involvement with our Sales, Marketing, Finance functions, including Liquid IV executive leadership.

     

    This is a pivotal role, reporting to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain, to drive operational excellence by delivering best-in-class forecast accuracy and leading a robust S&OP process. This individual is expected to manage and develop their team, providing real-time coaching, performance feedback, and employee development.

    Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

    + Serve as the leader of day-to-day execution for Demand Planning, partnering closely with peers in Sales & Finance

    + Responsibility for monthly S&OP cycle, including presentation to executive leadership for feedback and alignment

    + Ensure on-time execution of monthly deliverables, with expected level of first-pass accuracy

    + Enhancement of existing demand processes and leadership of future capability development

    + Own delivering best-in-class forecast accuracy, contributing to OTIF delivery to customers

    + Leadership of direct reports, including timely feedback, coaching, and employee development.

    + Partner closey with Operations counterparts to ensure communication flow of adjustments to the volume plan

    + Performs other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree (math-based degrees preferred: business, engineering, economics) required

    + 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, breadth of experiences and roles is preferred

    + Prior leadership experience leading a team, coaching, and developing direct reports

    + Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Kinaxis, etc)

    + Comfortable working in a very diverse, fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines

    + Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and can readily adapt to changing business needs

    + Demonstrated ability to interact with cross functional partners and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner

    + Highly organized and dependable

    + Verbal and demonstrated written communication skills

    Work Environment:

    + This role is **REMOTE (El Segundo, CA)**

     

    Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

     

    The compensation band for this position is **$147,000-$200,000** annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
