Description

Provide on-site desktop support for all hardware for our healthcare client in Orlando corporate location. This includes around 400 users amongst 4 major divisions (call centers, finance, international shipping, and medical devices).

Setup, configure, install and maintain end users' desktop computers and peripherals, both on production line and in offices

Provide technical support for production and office personnel on computers, phones, and printers

Implement and maintain network servers, including active directory accounts

Break/fix support for network, server, and end user devices

Provide support for industrial printers

manage and track hardware inventory and e-waste

Windows 10 support

Mobile RF device and workstation PC support

Perform other duties as required and assigned

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
