    Position Overview:

    The Nurse Executive oversees licensure, regulatory and accreditation compliance, quality improvement, risk management, patient safety, patient experience and the managerial direction of clinical operations. The Nurse Executive will have oversight of nursing functions and indirect oversight of nursing leaders at 4 primary inpatient behavioral health campuses across Northern CA.

     

    **Job Description** :

    EDUCATION:

    + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

    CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

    + RN-Registered Nurse of California

    + BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

    TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

    + 12 years recent relevant experience.

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

    + Knowledge of applicable licensure, accreditation and regulatory requirements (state, cms, aaahc, aorn, aspan, cdc, osha, dea, clia, fda).

    + Written and verbal communication skills.

    + Must have well-developed team-building and conflict resolution skills.

    + Ability to operate and troubleshoot clinical and surgical equipment.

    + Demonstrated skills in problem identification, analysis and resolution using a scientific approach.

    + Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

    Pay Range is $94.02 to $150.44 / hour

Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
