With a vision to "Build and sell Microsoft AI, Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more, Windows and Device Sales (WDS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions–at scale. As part of WDS, Device Partner Sales (DPS) plays a critical role in achieving this mission. We build, market and sell breakthrough AI-powered devices and cloud experiences with partners, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), device distribution and reseller channels, Original Design Manufacturers (ODM), and Silicon providers. We work closely across the device partner ecosystem and internal teams to transform the world of computing.
Opportunities in DPS are expansive. We span the entire product lifecycle from incubation, prototyping, and portfolio planning to the device design, and selling them through the Retail, Distribution and Reseller channel, sell-through to their consumer and commercial customers. As a member of our team, you will be part of growing a multi-billion-dollar business, charting new areas of innovation, and contributing to our partnership engagements worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of Windows devices and AI services in partnership with the strength of our device partner ecosystem.
The **Worldwide** Partner Marketing Leader **(WW) Partner Marketing** **Leader** will lead Worldwide Partner Marketing for one of the largest partners. This leader will manage a small team of marketing leaders around the world. This role spans marketing leadership, investment strategy, operational excellence, complex partner negotiation (KPI management) and people management.
As a WW Partner Marketing Leader, you and your team will carry out marketing planning, execution and monitoring with Device partners to effectively achieve the desired sales goals for Copilot+ and Windows 11 PCs, leveraging Microsoft resources and investments. Your command a deep knowledge of the partners’ economics to effectively tie Microsoft’s goals with the partner’s joint priorities and prepare outcome-oriented co-marketing plans. You identify competitors and assess their product and associate marketing activity, their strengths and weaknesses to propose outcome-based full-funnel marketing activities that drive sales pipeline, optimize Marketing ROI, and maximize execution and engagement. You are the Digital Marketing expert, promoting partner products on Microsoft services.

Responsibilities
Marketing Planning
+ Builds and completes the Shared Success Plans (SSP) or joint marketing plans with partners, aligned with Microsoft's goals and DPS objectives.
+ Analyzes the competition to plan marketing that helps Hero Copilot+ Devices win share.
+ Aligns Partner to embed Microsoft’s priority messaging on Copilot+ PCs, Windows 11, and AI differentiation.
+ Concentrates marketing investments in prioritized markets to maximize the impact and return, and investing in sales-driven marketing activities for Windows 10 end-of-support (EOS) opportunities.
+ Commands critical thinking to understand market dynamics and target for upside & acceleration.
Execution
+ Understands full funnel campaigns of partners & interjects the ideal marketing mix for Microsoft benefit.
+ Prioritizes measurement of business impact on marketing activities (KPI) + investments (ROI).
+ Builds & shares best practices and learnings.
+ Ensures guidelines of compliance, privacy, brand, funding, SOW/ contracts, POE are followed.
+ Is the subject matter expert for funnel creation & conversion activities (like POCs, Tech Assessments, Telecalling and device assortment).
+ Owns the full funnel marketing ROI execution.
Manage & Monitor
+ Drives channel recruitment, enablement and development to drive value differentiation.
+ Coaches partner on audience, insights, full funnel ROI focus, measure business impact & track learnings.
+ Owns executive engagement on marketing.
+ Nurtures Partner Direct to market with readiness & investments to drive growth.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 7+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years people management experience.
+ 7+ years of marketing industry experience, preferably in the PC hardware space with experience managing multiple product categories and a complex sales motion.
+ Experience with integrated partner marketing plans and campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines.
+ Direct experience interfacing with partners and a track record delivering growth/performance metrics.
+ Experience with marketing execution excellence and ROI through planning, operations, creative execution, readiness and analytics/insights.
+ Experience engaging and influencing at senior levels – executive presence and cross-functional collaborator.
+ Experience managing ambiguity and rapid change – demonstrate agility and risk-taking
+ Experience managing and developing high-performance, diverse and hybrid teams.
Partner Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
