    We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join their team as an Associate Manufacturing professional!

    Description

    + The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma / GED plus 1 year of manufacturing and/or other regulated experience.

    + In this vital role, you will be part of the manufacturing organization supporting critical production operations in Holly Springs, NC.

    + The initial schedule will be Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (10-hour days). The schedule will transition to rotating 2-2-3, 12-hour shifts upon completion of startup activities and as business needs evolve.

    + You will perform operations on the floor within the Services area and be responsible for manufacturing cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) drug substances. With general direction, you will support all floor operations in compliance with cGMP practices.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform work in accordance with cGMP procedures and policies (SOPs, MPs, JHAs, CFR) with strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.

    + Ensure proper gowning and aseptic techniques are followed at all times.

    + Perform hands-on operations including setup, cleaning, sanitization, and equipment monitoring.

    + Prepare and transfer Buffers and Media.

    + Weigh and dispense materials used in Buffer and Media preparation.

    + Complete washroom activities: cleaning small- to large-scale equipment used in production.

    + Run and monitor critical processes per assigned procedures.

    + Complete all required documentation (equipment logs, EBRs).

    + High school diploma / GED + 1 year of manufacturing AS or BS Degree

    Top 3 Must-Have Skill Sets

    1. Experience in a regulated industry such as biotechnology or pharmaceuticals

    2. Basic understanding of GMP principles

    3. Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
