    **Schedule:** 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd shifts available!

    **Salary:** $30-$33/hr

    **Location:** Elkhart, IN

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.

    + Support production teams by identifying and resolving process-related quality issues.

    + Develop, validate, and implement analytical testing methods for new or existing products.

    + Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.

    + Prepare accurate technical documentation, including test results, protocols, and reports.

    + Ensure all testing activities comply with internal quality standards and industry regulations.

    + Maintain chemical inventories and uphold laboratory safety protocols.

    + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support lab operations as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + B.S. degree in Chemistry or a related field

    + 1–3 years of hands-on experience in analytical chemistry

    + Relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment

    + Proficient in Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Gas Chromatography (GC)

    + Familiarity with color, odor, and pH testing of raw materials and finished products

    + Experience with analytical method development and validation
