    Job Opportunity: Senior Maintenance Technician

    About the Opportunity

     

    Our client, a leader in biotechnology, is revolutionizing the use of living cells to create groundbreaking biologic medicines. We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a **Senior Maintenance Technician** !

    Shift Details

    + **Standard:** Thursday–Saturday, 6:30 PM – 7:30 AM, alternating Wednesdays

    + **Onboarding (2–6 weeks):** Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

     

    Role Overview

     

    Perform advanced installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, testing, and documentation of facility and utility equipment in manufacturing, labs, and office areas. Ensure all work is safe, timely, and compliant with GMP and SOPs.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building, utility, and production systems

    + Develop and complete quality and safety documentation (SOPs, WOs, JHAs, HRAs)

    + Train staff and provide audit support

    + Review and approve maintenance reports and procedures

    + Interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, loop sheets, and wiring diagrams

    + Reconcile components and calculate product exposure to room temperatures

    Required Skills

    + Hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or lab settings

    + Knowledge of GMP and batch record documentation

    + Filling/finishing manufacturing experience, preferably vial inspection

    Qualifications

    + Associate degree + 4 years experience **or** High school/GED + 6 years experience
