    Job Description

    Responsible to manage the Finger Lakes Gastroenterology practice. Develops and coordinates department procedures that support the operations of an efficient sepecialty practice. Manages clinic schedules and staff to achieve budgeted volumes while providing exceptional customer service. Acts as liaison with referring physicians as well as hospital and ambulatroy surgery center to ensure timely access to GI procedures. Overall responsibility for the managerial finance functions of the department including expense control, budget development, cash drawer/co-pay collection, and timely and accurate charge entry. Maintains effective verbal and written communications at multiple levels within internal and external customers.na
