    Description

    Reporting to the Design Director, the Senior Designer/Content Creator will create, shoot, design, and edit visually compelling, trend-driven content for Clinique and Origins social channels. This role blends art direction, design, typography, and motion with a deep understanding of social trends and beauty. Were looking for a creative whos excited to come up with bold ideas, bring them to life, and help shape how Clinique and Origins show up across social platforms in fresh and modern ways.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Create and edit social-first content (stills, video, design) built for TikTok and Instagram.

     

    - Brainstorm bold ideas that align with the brands strategic direction given by our marketing partners.

     

    - Possesses a strong grasp of key social media platforms and knows how to strategically tap into each one to connect with audiences and drive meaningful engagement.

     

    - Stay ahead of emerging social and cultural trends.

     

    - Use design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, composition) to craft strong visuals that feel modern and on-brand.

     

    - Contribute to monthly shoots by helping with shooting, styling, lighting, and framing.

     

    - Storyboard creative concepts and capture content with iPhones to bring ideas to life (DSLR/camera skills optional)

     

    - Play with new tools and formats (such as AI) to keep our content fresh and innovative.

    Qualifications

    - 2-3 years of experience in content creation, art direction, and/or design (internships, freelance, or personal projects count).

     

    - Portfolio that shows strong design skills, social-first content, and a good eye for typography.

     

    - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and other tools like Figma or CapCut. Video editing is a must.

     

    - Interest in photography, design, and motion graphics.

     

    - Passion for beauty, storytelling, and pop culture.

     

    - Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
