    Senior Delivery Managers ensure excellence in execution across multiple programs within Lineage's technology organization. They own delivery output and enable outcomes across interconnected workstreams, applying standards and best practices to make delivery predictable, reliable, and high-quality at scale.

     

    Senior Delivery Managers operate as delivery leaders: they execute complex program coordination while managing delivery professionals and serving as strategic partners to Product, Design, Engineering, and IT leadership. They drive orchestration maturity across how we plan, build, and deliver at the program level, ensuring work flows smoothly across functions and execution aligns with strategic objectives.

    Key Role & Impact

    + Own delivery output and enable outcomes across multiple interconnected programs with complex dependencies

    + Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and leaders to align strategic objectives with executable delivery plans

    + Orchestrate cross-program release cycles, ensuring dependencies are surfaced and resolved at scale

    + Integrate inputs from multiple teams and functions into cohesive program-level execution plans with clear critical paths

    + Manage and coach Delivery team members, setting expectations and developing capabilities

    + Execute delivery responsibilities directly at the program level while building team capacity over time

    + Foster collaborative, transparent, and solutions-oriented culture across delivery teams

    + Drive accountability and continuous improvement through coaching and performance management

    + Design and implement delivery frameworks, standards, and practices that scale across multiple teams and programs

    + Measure and communicate delivery performance using metrics such as predictability, velocity, quality, and throughput across programs

    + Lead resolution of complex cross-program risks, dependencies, and gaps that require senior-level coordination

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives grounded in delivery data, observed patterns, and organizational feedback

    + Facilitate forums for program planning and cross-functional alignment, ensuring outcomes translate into actionable plans

    + Serve as escalation point and final approver for complex change requests across multiple programs

    + Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery practices support broader organizational objectives

    + Travel domestically and internationally to support on-site coordination and alignment activities

    You & Your Experience

    + 7+ years as a delivery manager, program manager, or equivalent role in cross-functional technology environments

    + 2+ years managing delivery professionals with proven success developing team capabilities

    + Demonstrated success owning delivery output and enabling outcomes across multiple teams and programs

    + Strong understanding of software and product development processes with ability to engage across technical and design stakeholders

    + Proven track record of dependency management, risk mitigation, and release orchestration at program scale

    + Experience designing and implementing delivery frameworks that improve organizational outcomes

    + Skilled at leveraging delivery metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive accountability

    + Proficiency with delivery and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, reporting dashboards, and visualization platforms

    + Professional certifications in project or program management (PMP, PgMP, CSM) preferred

    + Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Technology, Management, Design) or equivalent experience preferred
