The Senior Inside Sales Area Sales Manager (ASM) will drive all inside sales activities for up to five strategic key accounts, focusing on large regional independent retailers. This role works in close partnership with Key Account Managers (KAMs) in the field to support account growth, manage the customer selling experience, and achieve sales targets. The ASM plays a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships, promoting new product introductions, and driving revenue growth through telephone, virtual, and digital sales channels.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ Co-manage key accounts to promote and sell appliances via telephone, email, and digital tools.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sales associates, achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
+ Partner with KAMs to conduct line reviews, sell in new product introductions (NPIs), and maintain compelling in-store floor displays.
+ Collaborate with Regional Managers, KAMs, Buying Group Managers, and internal sales support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
+ Oversee the ordering process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution with both customer and internal support functions.
+ Implement a proactive call schedule to maximize sales growth, productivity, and account penetration.
+ Leverage digital sales and CRM tools to enhance overall sales effectiveness and reporting.
+ Maintain in-depth product knowledge and conduct market and competitive analyses to develop actionable sales strategies.
+ Keep customers informed on market trends, rebates, promotions, and other relevant programs.
+ Lead all post-sale administration and account follow-up activities.
+ Support the Director of Inside Sales on special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
+ Flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Demonstrated success in self-directed and results-driven environments.
+ Proven ability to develop, organize, and execute effective sales plans.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in retail, direct, or telephone-based sales.
