As Curriculum Manager, Emerging Products, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, designing programs that shape the future of marketing education and accelerate growth for both our customers and LinkedIn.
Are you passionate about building bold, innovative learning experiences? As a Curriculum Manager, Emerging Products, you’ll architect and deliver cutting-edge programs for LinkedIn’s fastest-growing product areas—Video, SMB, Events, and Measurement. You’ll translate business priorities into engaging, credentialed learning journeys, leveraging AI, data, and new delivery models to accelerate marketer success.
Curriculum Innovation & Strategy
+ Map business objectives to learning objectives that drive both learner and business outcomes.
+ Develop and implement curriculum strategies aligned with new and emerging advertising products and solutions across a range of audiences ranging from large customers and global agencies to SMBs.
+ Apply advanced instructional design methodologies and leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate content creation and personalization.
+ Embed curricula into LinkedIn’s credentialing framework, raising the bar for badges and certifications in the industry.
+ Partner with PMMs, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure learning content is both market-relevant and learner-centric.
Program Design & Experimentation
+ Build digital-first learning pathways for marketers, agencies, and enterprise clients, using innovative formats that engage learners across modalities.
+ Design experiences that combine storytelling, interactivity, and data-driven personalization to maximize learner impact.
+ Develop delivery playbooks and facilitator guides to ensure consistency and scale across live, virtual, and hybrid environments.
+ Drive process excellence by building clear project briefs and plans, identifying scope, success, dependencies, and roles/responsibilities.
Cross-Functional Impact
+ Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, and Platform teams to launch new curricula with strong positioning.
+ Work with Instructional Design & LX vendors to produce high-quality, engaging, and innovative experiences.
+ Build strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders (COE, PMM, GTME) to deliver best-in-class programs and drive strategic vision.
+ Model LinkedIn’s Culture and Values, promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging in all programs and interactions.
Measurement & Iteration
+ Build rapid feedback loops, leveraging learner signals, adoption metrics, and business impact data to refine and evolve curricula.
+ Present insights and innovation opportunities to senior stakeholders to influence product adoption strategies.
+ Create postmortem overviews when programs conclude and recommend improvements to elevate future initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
+ BA/BA Degree or equivalent experience
+ 7+ years’ experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning product management.
+ 3+ years experience working in media or ad-tech industry
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or ad-tech environments.
+ Background in credentialing, assessments, or building scalable learning ecosystems.
+ Comfort with emerging learning technologies, AI, and data-driven personalization.
+ Track record of thriving in fast-paced, matrixed, global environments.
+ Proven expertise in building innovative, digital-first learning experiences for adult learners.
+ Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes.
+ Excellent communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and influence.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $116,000 to $189,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
