    Test Analyst

     

    Onsite Location:** **Alpharetta, GA** **– hybrid 3 days from office

    Required Skills

    In this role, you will:

    + Test Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans based on product requirements.

    + Create detailed test cases covering functional, performance, regression, and usability aspects.

    + Design test environments and parameters to effectively evaluate product functionality.

    + Test Execution and Defect Management: Execute manual and automated test scripts according to established procedures.

    + Identify and document software defects with clear descriptions and reproduction steps.

    + Track and prioritize defects in a defect management system.

    + Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues.

    What you need to have to be considered:

    • 5+ years of experience in automation testing.

    • Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.

    • Experience in creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases.

    • Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools and test management systems.

    • Ability to manage test environments and data effectively.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    These will help you stand out:

    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.

    • Experience with telecom domain.

    • Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.
