What You’ll Work On
As a Global Sourcing Associate, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that drives value across the organization through strategic sourcing and supplier management. You’ll:
+ Support the development and implementation of contracts for raw materials and centrally managed categories.
+ Analyze supplier bids, negotiate pricing and terms, and help manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and delivery.
+ Collaborate with global colleagues to align sourcing strategies and share insights across regions.
+ Use data analytics and visualization tools to support sourcing decisions and category strategies.
+ Create and improve reporting tools to track spend, supplier performance, and sourcing effectiveness.
+ Engage with manufacturing facilities to understand their needs and ensure sourcing solutions meet operational goals.

What You’ll Need
+ A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools is a plus.
+ Interest in global markets and sourcing strategies.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Familiarity with systems like SAP and Coupa is helpful but not required.
+ Prior experience in a manufacturing or procurement environment is a bonus, but not necessary—we’ll help you learn!
