    The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Junion Developer will partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, configure, and maintain processes using intelligent automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), ensuring alignment with enterprise digital transformation goals. Collaborate with business process owners to analyze, document, and re-engineer workflows into automated, technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Work closely with the RPA team to monitor automation platforms, troubleshoot application errors, maintain critical infrastructure prerequisites, and resolve automation failures to ensure system reliability and business continuity.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Develop, configure, and maintain RPA bot scripts and other automated workflows in alignment with technical specifications and design documentation; collaborate with process SMEs to validate functionality and performance.

    • Execute comprehensive end-to-end testing using test data; validate results with SMEs to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.

    • Design and implement automation solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Power Query, Power Automate, and Copilot to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

    • Build and configure scalable automation workflows following best practices for maintainability and ease of use.

    • Apply deep knowledge of RPA platforms, frameworks, and methodologies to identify and deliver automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve process reliability.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time, ensuring minimal downtime and continuity of automated processes.

    • Perform root cause analysis in production and non-production environments, including log analysis, virtual machine maintenance, and bot infrastructure readiness.

    • Partner with IT teams to assess system dependencies, connectivity, and integration impacts for proposed automation solutions across enterprise applications.

    • Monitor and escalate software-related issues to RPA vendors, providing technical feedback and collaborating on enhancements or bug fixes.

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze workflows, document technical requirements, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for automation deployments.

    • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including process flows, solution architecture, and operational runbooks for automated systems.

    • Provide technical support for RPA initiatives and process automation projects as required.

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    • 0–2 years of experience in process automation, preferably with Automation Anywhere (certification preferred).

    • Good understanding of programming concepts, requirements gathering, process design and development lifecycle in an Agile project environment.

    • Experience with business analysis, process improvement, or value stream mapping.

    • Solid end-user computing skills; experience with coding, database design, and data integration preferred.

    • Experience through all phases of the technology life cycle including project planning, requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing and operational transition.

    • Experience with Power Query and other Microsoft tools.

    • Strong understanding of excel macros, Visual Basic or other configuration/scripting type technology.

    • Solid end-user computing skills, with more advanced technological experience, including coding, database design, and data integration preferred.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and change priorities in a fast paced environment.

    • Proven ability to apply leading practices and technology to solve problems.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively document and present business processes and automated solution designs to a non-technical audience.

    • Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.

    • A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.

    • Ability to prepare and deliver status presentations to business and technology partners and senior management to facilitate key decisions.

    Job Location Type is Hybrid.

     

    Compensation: Expected base pay range for this role will be $66,300- $84,500.

     

    Base pay is based on several factors including, experience, skills, and knowledge.

     

    This role will be eligible to participate in an annual short term incentive program.
