    Are you an initiative-taking, confident Regional Sales Manager who understands and has experience in Pharma/Life Sciences, Packaging and Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain Transparency, and/or Brand Protection Solutions?

     

    Systech is seeking a full-time, experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

     

    We need high energy, collaborative, proven sales talent with exceptional communication skills and a successful track record of enterprise-level technology solution selling.

     

    This role is an integral part of our sales organization. You will manage the entire sales process from initial outreach through contract negotiations. This includes creating sales opportunities by diligently prospecting a defined territory or market and teaming with our business development staff to effectively follow up on marketing generated sales leads.

     

    You will lead the execution of our defined sales process to discover and define target account needs and map those to the Systech offerings. You will work collaboratively with a solution consultant to present and demonstrate Systech’s solutions and to propose the differentiated value of partnering with Systech.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with multiple contacts at new and existing customers via telephone, email, web and in person meetings to uncover new opportunities

    • Define sales strategies and working collaboratively with sales support and management

    • Execute customer centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations both virtually and in person with key decision-makers and influencers

    • Develop high impact proposals which articulate Systech’s differentiated solution, market leadership, and unique value as a partner

    • Manage all aspects of the close process and renewals

    • Build and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets on a quarterly basis

    • Manage and document sales pipeline including forecasts, prospect details, current opportunities, and future planned activities

    • Work collaboratively with other team members to share information, expertise and market feedback

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years sales experience (inside or outside sales)

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required

    • Previous sales experience in a SaaS and/or Cloud software environment

    • Sales experience in or in-depth knowledge of enterprise software and services

    • Experience selling into one of the following areas highly beneficial: Pharma/Life Sciences, Packaging and Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Brand Protection Solutions

    • Ability to work both independently and as a part of the Systech team

    • Demonstrated understanding of and success in the sales life-cycle: prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing sales

    • Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and people skills

    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment

    • Experience utilizing sales CRM tools such as salesforce.com

    Work Arrangement : Remote

     

    Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually

     

    Commission Eligible: This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
