    SITE SUPERVISOR

    Monday-Friday (6:00am-2:00pm)

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Role:

    The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at a designated site, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Security Patrol & Monitoring

    o Conduct regular walking patrols to ensure safety and identify security concerns

    o Monitor facility access points and verify credentials of individuals

    o Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents using established protocols

    • Security Operations & Compliance

    o Enforce security procedures as outlined in Security Post Instructions

    o Lock/unlock doors, activate/deactivate security systems, and monitor surveillance feeds

    o Inform and ensure compliance with SEI and Client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking violations)

    • Reporting & Communication

    o Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations

    o Communicate effectively with workforce, clients, and management

    o Present a professional appearance in a clean and pressed uniform

    Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes

    • Team Oversight & Support

    o Provide guidance and support to officers

    o Ensure adherence to security protocols and customer service standards

    o Assist in scheduling and shift coverage as needed

    • Client & Incident Management

    o Act as point of contact for client concerns and escalations

    o Review incident reports and ensure proper documentation

    Minimum Qualifications:

    - This role requires you to operate a motor vehicle. You must have and maintain a valid driver’s license from your state of residence for this role

     

    • This role has the following special qualifications:

    o Must be 21 years of age or older

    o Must have a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    • Minimum Required Skills & Abilities:

    o Strong written, electronic, and oral communication skills

    o Self-motivated with strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills

    o Ability to manage multiple projects and/or priorities simultaneously

    Preferred Skills & Abilities:

    - 1+ years Supervisory and Customer Service experience

    Minimum Physical Requirements:

    + Stand at least 1 hour without support or a break

    + Sit at least 1 hour without a break

    + Walk a minimum of ½ mile without stopping

    + Climb a minimum of 20 common commercial facility stairs without stopping

    Education & Experience:

    + Education: HS Diploma or equivalent

    + Experience: 1+ Years experience in Security, Military or Law enforcement
