Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage business requirements for integrations with Workday and HR systems.

+ Drive review and approval of functional specifications and data mappings.

+ Oversee the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Document business process flows supported by defined business requirements.

+ Participate in the testing phase, identifying test scenarios and documenting test cases.

+ Serve as a triage point of contact during testing, acting as SME for defect validation.

Skills Required:

+ 3+ years of experience with payroll and GL integrations.

+ 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.

+ 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

+ Advanced BA skills with integration and conversion experience, including requirements gathering, functional design, data analysis, data mappings, data validations, and testing.

+ Strong ability to interact with technical, functional, and business teams.

+ In-depth knowledge of HR/Compensation business processes.

+ 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.

+ Experience in creating process and data flow diagrams.

+ Experience in creating test scenarios and test cases.

+ Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ IIBA or PMI Certified Business Analyst certification.

+ Functional/technical experience with Workday Recruiting.

+ Experience with payroll systems and integrations with vendors like ADP.

+ Familiarity with test management tools such as Zephyr or Practitest.

+ Experience in designing custom IT solutions.

+ Experience with global deployments.
