    The University of Northern Colorado is located in Greeley, Colorado, population over 100,000, an hour's drive north of Denver, and within driving distance of the Rocky Mountains. UNC has an enrollment of over 12,000 students who attend classes on the 250-acre campus, and is large enough to provide true University opportunities, and small enough to treat students and employees as individuals.     Job Summary:

    This work unit exists to provide a clean, healthy and safe environment in the University Center and Campus Commons buildings and associated facilities. This work includes general building maintenance and upkeep as well as event operations.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Conference & Event Services Operations - 85% - Move and/or set up tables, chairs and other equipment in designated locations according to established schedules and written and verbal instructions from the Conference & Event Services (CES) Office. Troubleshoot technical equipment and make adjustments.

     

    Cleaning & Snow Removal - 15%- Clean and maintain the University Center & Campus Commons buildings, furniture, equipment and surrounding areas. Remove snow at all building entrances and apply ice-melt/sand products as directed.

     

    Must have valid driver's license.
