Job Title: Direct Support Personnel (DSP) - DSP I or II certification required

Schedule: 24 - 40 Hours

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and certified Direct Support Personnel (DSP 1 or 2) to join our team at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in Santa Rosa, CA. This is an awake facility serving elderly residents, offering a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key Details:

+ Start Date: ASAP (pending Guardian clearance)

+ Contract Length: 8–13 weeks

+ Extension Possibility: High, based on facility census

+ Population Served: Elderly residents

+ Facility Type: RCFE

+ Bed Count & Ratios: Details available upon request

Qualifications:

+ 1 year of experience (required)

+ Ability to complete Guardian Livescan within one week

+ BLS Certification

+ 2-Step TB Test or QuantiFERON/Blood Draw

+ Completion of Relias training modules
