    Onsight Healthcare has been contracted to support a new confidential client in the downtown New Orleans, Louisiana area!

     

    Full-time Manager Role w/Benefits | $21 - $23 per hour | Monday – Friday | Weekends Off

    Shift Details

     

    + Site Operating Hours

    + Monday - Friday

    + Specific open and close times will be covered during the interview.

    + Site Manager will work a minimum of five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday

    + This person will need to work a mix of morning and evening shifts to coach/develop your team.

    + As the Site Manager, the person must be able to work outside these times depending on business needs.

     

    Leadership Scope

     

    + Hire, retain, and develop a large team of employees, guiding frontline staff and support leadership to ensure safe, customer-focused operations.

    + Oversee all logistics and operations of 18+ employees and 18+ vehicles

    + Mentor and support site-level leaders to ensure the strengthening of your team

    + Oversight of daily scheduling, fleet coordination, training, and safety compliance

    + Act as the point of escalation for operational issues, delays, or complaints, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations

    Minimum Requirements

    + Over the age of 21 years old

    + A High School Diploma or equivalent is required

    + Eligible to work for any U.S. employer

    + Possesses a valid, in-state, active driver's license (No temporary licenses or permits accepted.)

    + 3–5 years of management experience in transportation and logistics operations

    + Experience managing large teams (15+ employees) and overseeing frontline supervisors or leads

    As theSite Manager for our team, you will set the tone for excellence at one of our largest operations. You will ensure seamless services, leading a multi-tier team of supportive leadership and field workers.

     

    You’ll work closely with site administration and your onsite team to ensure every interaction reflects Onsight Healthcare’s “people come first” philosophy. From safety and scheduling to training and client relations, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping the guest experience and operational success of the site.

    Position Requirements

    + 3–5 years of leadership experience managing large teams in transportation and logistics

    + Experience managing large teams (15+ employees) and overseeing frontline supervisors or leads

    + Have possessed a clean driving record for the past 5 years

    + Possesses a valid, in-state active driver’s license (Permits and temporary licenses not accepted)

    + Ability to pass all onboarding screening processes

    + Work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, as needed

    + Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software used for daily tasks

    + Ability to effectively build relationships with facility staff, guests, and team

    + Can communicate clearly/effectively and motivate/lead a diverse team

    + Must prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to work in a standing or sitting position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment

    + This rolemay require continuous sitting/driving throughout the entire shift, engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include exposure to harsh elements, including severe cold, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather

    + Physical involvement may include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings, lifting up to 50 lbs, all while delivering outstanding customer service

    Job Responsibilities

    + Lead a large team of employees, guiding both frontline staff and site-level leaders to ensure safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations

    + Oversee all logistics and operations of 18+ employees and 18+ vehicles

    + Hire, retain, and develop top-tier talent, while maintaining high operational standards

    + Lead daily training, coaching, and development of the team to drive engagement and accountability

    + Mentor and support site-level leaders to ensure the strengthening of your team

    + Create and manage staff schedules to ensure full coverage and operational excellence

    + Establish and maintain a friendly, professional working relationship with staff and administration

    + Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction

    + Use weekly metric reporting to drive continuous improvement and deliver a white-glove customer experience

    + Partner with your support leadership to ensure readiness, preventive maintenance, and operational safety

    + Responsible for reporting and documenting incidents, accidents, or claims

    + Conduct regular safety audits and ride-alongs to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations

    + Act as the point of escalation for operational issues, delays, or complaints

    + Collaborate with administration, facilities, and security teams on scheduling, events, and special requests

    + Maintain accurate records for incidents, accidents, vehicle maintenance, and staff training

    + Approve shift swaps or temporary assignments to maintain service continuity

    + Monitor for maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness, including inventory of keys, fuel, and safety equipment

    + Coach team members on guest interactions, conflict resolution, and service standards

    + Remain visible on-site to maintain team accountability and operational flow

    + Other duties as assigned

    Compensation

     

    + $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
