    We have an outstanding Contract position for aTechnicianto join a leading Company located in theMinneapolis, MNsurrounding area.

     

    Pay Rate: $30.20 - 33.65

     

    US Citizenship is required.

     

    Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

     

    We are seeking an experienced electrical/electronic technician to work in our Electrical Lab. This position will support the fabrication of Micro & Nano electronic products and support equipment, including assembly, test , inspection, troubleshooting, rework, and repair.

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

    + 2-year technical degree or a minimum of 2 years as a technician performing related tasks, either in a production or prototype environment.

    + Required skills include proficient use of electronic test equipment, electrical assembly tools, and hand tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches.

    + Precision and fine motor skills are required for micro/ nano-scale fabrication, assembly, and testing with near-zero defects.

    + Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of mechanical aptitude and J-STD-001, or have knowledge of these requirements.

    + Conduct tests using electronics test equipment (i.e., Scopes, meters, etc) and generate test report data.

    + Able to work as part of a group or team.

    + Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policies.

    Desired Qualifications :

    + Ability to communicate feedback to the team to support design, fabrication, and test improvements.

    + Cirris and/or Automated Test Equipment operator experience.

    + Troubleshooting of electronic and electrical systems.

    + Trained and proficient in manufacturing & quality requirements of IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3, IPC-610 Class 3, and J-STD-001, or have knowledge of these requirements.
