Summary
The Home Appliance Trade Sales Representative is responsible for generating and driving qualified leads to SKS showrooms and dealer stores, promoting the SKS brand at luxury designer events and professional association gatherings, and providing expert consultation to designers and customers specifying luxury kitchen appliances. This role collaborates closely with LGEUS to achieve agreed-upon sales and productivity goals.
Essential Job Functions:
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and drive leads to SKS showrooms and dealer locations through targeted outreach and strategic engagement.
• Event Attendance: Actively participate in vendor events to promote and represent the SKS brand at luxury designer events and professional association gatherings, including ASID and NKBA, to expand brand visibility and build industry relationships.
• Consultation: Provide knowledgeable guidance to designers and customers on specifying luxury kitchen appliances, ensuring that solutions meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Salesforce Management: Accurately update and manage all leads within Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Goal Alignment: Achieve sales targets and productivity-based billing goals as mutually agreed upon by LGEUS and Vendor, aligning efforts with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Ability to achieve sales goals and drive lead generation
• Knowledge of and familiarity with luxury kitchen appliances and design trends
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
