Your Leadership
+ Responsible for delivering, designing, and implementing Learning and Development initiatives that drive performance to extraordinary levels for multiple properties
+ Champion of Pendry culture, values, missions, and vision
+ Oversee, track, and audit all required compliance and brand learning on the property level
+ Create new and innovative learning curriculum via Workday (HRIS) and/or other platforms
+ Support managers in the completion of the ten (10) day learning and onboarding process, to include checklist, and facilitate feedback to associates, managers, and the executive committee
+ Design and deliver leadership programs and tools that will enhance performance and productivity
+ Responsible for preparation and printing of all materials for learning classes, to include blocking space, creating banquet event orders, organizing, and filing material
+ Oversee and assist with coordinating and tracking yearly assessments, proctoring, study guides, and other required testing
+ Share and present insightful learning moments via staff presentations, shift meetings, and/or departmental meetings
+ Drive measurable improvements that considers all the factors that impact the overall guest and associate experience by attending shift meetings regularly
+ Plan and assist with execution of associate recognition programs
+ Participate and assist as needed in the property outreach programs
+ Assist with preparing and maintaining the annual Learning budget and other expenses
+ Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
+ Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves
+ A minimum of two (2) years' experience actively serving in a human resource management or learning leadership role
+ Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
+ Required proficiency, knowledge, and experience in creating training materials and technical content, coaching, mentoring, and public speaking
+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to create high quality training syllabi and other resources
+ Dynamic and Inspirational skills a plus
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to solve problems and make rational and objective decisions
+ Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
+ Experience using Workday preferred
+ Luxury hotel and/or Forbes experience, a plus

Physical Requirements
+ Must be able to sit at a desk for up to five (5) hours per day
+ Walking and standing are required, and length of time may vary
+ Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other departments of the hotel on a timely basis
+ Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and subordinates; use of these senses will occur on a constant basis
+ Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

The pay scale for the Cluster Director, Learning and Development is from $110,000.00 to $130,000.00. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
