Job Overview

We’re hiring a Construction Office Administrator to support our Vineland office. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, computer-literate, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

+ Customer service and account setup in HubSpot and Sage 100 Contractor

+ Scheduling meetings and updating job timelines in Sage 100

+ Creating and organizing digital files for customer estimates

+ Light bookkeeping and general administrative support

+ Using Word, Excel, HubSpot, and AI tools

+ Supporting business development workflows

+ Opportunity to grow into advanced roles like bookkeeping or specialized administration

Qualifications

+ Up to two years of experience in a contractor or small business office

+ Organized, responsible, and tech-savvy

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

+ Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus

+ Comfortable learning and using new digital tools

+ Available immediately and not currently employed

Compensation & Growth

Starting pay: $18.50/hour (adjustable based on experience)
