    Qualifications & Experience

    • What You'll Be Doing:

     

    As our **F&B Supervisor** , you'll lead a team of energetic hosts in our café/bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient, safe, and fun food service operations.

     

    • Your Responsibilities:

    + Supervise day-to-day operations of the Café or Bar (think burgers, pizza, Starbucks®, snacks, and more!)

    + Train and develop a team to deliver top-notch service 🎓💬

    + Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and allergen control 🧼🔐

    + Create staff schedules and manage labor effectively 📅🧾

    + Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships 📦📊

    + Ensure visual appeal and food quality 🍔✨

    + Conduct regular audits and safety checks 🧯📝

    + Meet and exceed sales goals and spend-per-head targets 💵📈

    + Deliver “WOW” customer service and lead guest recovery efforts 🎉🤝

    + Be a proactive manager-on-duty, ensuring smooth attraction operations 🎢🚨

    + Engage and motivate the team through recognition and coaching 💪🎖

    • What You Bring:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred 🎓

    + 2+ years in food service or hospitality (restaurant, café, attractions) 🍽️

    + Strong leadership and guest service skills 🌟

    + Experience with POS systems and inventory management 💻📋

    + A flexible, can-do attitude and love for fast-paced, fun environments 🕹️🔥

    + Must have (or be able to obtain) valid food safety certifications 🍱📜
