The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4 in Inventory supports the processing and dispensing of Traditional and Over The Counter prescription orders to be mailed to patients by handling complex and/or escalated issues. They ensure Inventory levels are adequate for Dispensing by working with the Inventory supply and compliance teams and basing decisions on the daily priorities. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4 assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.
In this role you will:
+ **Work in a** **warehouse environment within a** **mail-order distribution center** in a non-customer facing role.
+ **Manage inventory workflow** , distribute work assignments, and monitor progress towards schedules/goals
+ Manage daily priorities for the team and/or external vendors
+ Analyze distribution and support Dispensing in the fulfillment of orders.
+ Perform basic operational tasks as needed including but not limited to: sort, check, receive and put away product in the warehouse, replenish product from the warehouse to the Dispensing line, process returns and cycle count locations.
+ Comply with all Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), federal, state, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
+ Report on production
+ Lead meetings and participate in some leadership meetings
+ Work **5:30 AM – 4:00 PM** , Monday through Friday (four 10-hour shifts)

Required Qualifications
+ 2 - 4 years of technical experience in a retail, clinical or mail order pharmacy
+ 1 - 5 years of leadership experience
+ National certification, PTCB CphT
+ Pharmacy Technician License
+ High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
+ Solid experience of interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action during projects
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
+ Forklift / Power Truck experience

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
