Position Specific Description

We are seeking a Procurement Associate to join the Operating Fleet Sourcing Team in Juno Beach, FL. This position executes the complete sourcing process from Purchase Requisition through Purchase Order creation and oversees order fulfillment to support operating business units. The selected candidate will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet critical milestones. This role provides opportunities to develop negotiation skills and commercial acumen while gaining comprehensive understanding of how NextEra Energy delivers value to customers.

Job Overview

This role executes the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) process and helps manage order fulfillment. Employees in this role observe and support negotiations, assist in answering Business Unit (BU) questions, and handle straightforward issues relating to orders and tracking order status. This job completes tasks as directed by higher-level staff and engages in continuous training.
