    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a certified ServiceNow Developer. This person should be

     

    Configure and maintain ServiceNow Risk applications.

     

    Gather and document requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

     

    Implement automated workflows and integrations.

     

    Test, debug, and troubleshoot ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

     

    Provide ongoing support and maintenance.

     

    Stay updated with ServiceNow platform releases and industry trends.

     

    Lead and communicate complex GRC technical issues to senior management.

     

    Manage project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -2–5 years in ServiceNow GRC development.

    -ServiceNow Certification: Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory

    • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript)

    • Expertise in ServiceNow API integrations

    • Excellent written, oral, presentation skills, innovative thinker

     

    Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in GRC tools, especially ServiceNow (preferred), but also Archer, AuditBoard, OneTrust, and other leading platforms.

     

    ServiceNow Risk Modules: Hands-on experience with Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Security Operations, Business Continuity Management, Privacy Management, and Environmental Social & Governance modules.

     

    Client Engagement: Ability to identify and address client needs, develop and sustain meaningful client relationships, and understand the client’s business.

     

    Professional Experience: Proven people skills and a track record of success in a professional services firm or large consultancy. At least one specialized certification such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Security Operations (SecOps), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

     

    Security Certifications: Preferable to have CISSP®, CISA®, CISM®, or equivalent security certifications.
