    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead day-to-day operations across multiple departments including:

    Nursing (2/3 of department FTEs)

     

    Admissions, Pharmacy, Plant Operations, Ancillary Services

     

    Manage projects and programs that align with hospital strategy and CEO/CFO directives

    Drive strategic results using OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) tied to:

    Financial performance

     

    Strategic growth

     

    Staff development

     

    Oversee a large team (~300 FTEs) including directors and managers

     

    Support outpatient growth, referral expansion, and optimize staffing (FTE and OT management)

    Skills and Requirements

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    Master’s degree required (MBA, MHA, or related)

     

    3–7 years of mid-level hospital management experience

     

    Acute Care Hospital experience required

    Strong background in:

    Healthcare administration

     

    Operations

     

    Project and program management

     

    Critical thinking and execution

     

    Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting

     

    Effective communicator across diverse groups (physicians, managers, staff)

     

    Plus: Behavioral health experience and prior Administrative Residency or Fellowship
