Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Home Loan Specialist to join their team in the St. Louis, MO area. The Home Loan Specialist will be responsible for reviewing loan documents, identifying and rectifying any inaccuracies that could lead to loan rejection related to changes in loan amount, interest rates, appraisal value, credit, etc. Upon discovery of inaccuracies, the Home Loan Specialist will communicate with internal underwriting and credit policy teams to clarify guidelines, discuss potential resolutions for the inaccuracies, and see through necessary approvals. This individual is required to work 5 days a week onsite.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written

Efficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

Prior Financial Services experience

A driven individual looking to grow within the Financial Services industry

Prior mortgage loan experience Associates Degree

Proficiency in Encompass software
