Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Documentation & Reporting Analystt to support efforts related to encroachment permitting and coordination with agencies across the City and County of San Francisco. This role will focus on improving internal processes and supporting cross-team collaboration through effective reporting and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Use Salesforce to pull data and generate metrics that support operational insights and performance tracking.
Edit and manage reports within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Power BI to support team decision-making and transparency.
Identify opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and efficiency across documentation and reporting processes.

Skills and Requirements
Experience supporting operational or administrative processes, ideally within a government or infrastructure-related setting.
Proficiency in Salesforce, including data extraction and report editing.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes for a variety of audiences.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Understanding of permitting processes or municipal coordination is a plus. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
