Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst for a Senior Living Operator client in the Des Moines, IA area. This individual will work with both internal subject matter experts and high level business partners across the Finance, Accounting, and Marketing departments to assess current processes/systems and make recommendations. Play a vital part in transitioning away from the client's current homegrown inventory management application by strategizing improvements into the future.

Hourly rate for this position ranges between $45.00-50.00 and is dependent on years of experience and skill set coming in with.

Skills and Requirements

• Mid-Senior level Business Analyst experience targeting 5+ YOE

• Experience with process documentation & gathering requirements

• Application experience or familiarity, minimal architecture experience

• Excellent communication & organizational skills Finance & accounting background
