Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a strategic and analytical Enterprise Operating Model Consultant to assess one of our Engineering and Consulting clients current organizational structure and recommend scalable solutions to support future growth. This role will be instrumental in evaluating their operating model, benchmarking against industry peers and best practices, and delivering a clear roadmap to evolve their structure to support a team of 300–500 employees.
This is a high-impact, enterprise-level role ideal for a seasoned business consultant with experience in organizational design, operational strategy, and transformation. Engineering industry experience is a plus but not required.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements & Must-Haves:
• Proven experience in business consulting, organizational design, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operating models for growing organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with benchmarking, industry scans, and comparative analysis.
• Familiarity with engineering or professional services firms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to deliver final recommendations and roadmap by end of 2025. Plusses:
• Prior experience as a management consultant (e.g., ex-McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, etc.).
• Exposure to engineering firm operations or similar technical environments.
• Change management certification or training.
