Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer focused within the Front End having a strong working knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, or React JS. This individual should be familiar working within an Agile Methodology / Scrum environment as we have been practicing Scrum for the last decade internally. The team will consist of a Scrum Master, Product Owner, BA, 2 Manual QA's and 1 Automated QA, and 5 Developers specializing in either front end or back end. We are on a two-week sprint cycle, meaning this individual should expect to be involved with the Grooming / Planning in addition to the Demos presented to executives bi-weekly. This individual will be allowed to work cross functionally with the QA's and the design team to ensure each user story is properly being cared for. We are a very close-knit group, so we do ask for individuals to come onsite in Louisville KY for a fully onsite role. Skills and Requirements

3-5 years working professionally as a Software Engineer focused on the front end using either Angular, TypeScript, or ReactJS

Professional experience working amongst a Kanban team utilizing agile methodology on a two-week sprint cycle

Prior experience running demos presenting to executives and business stakeholders

Professional experience working with AWS (Azure cloud knowledge may be applicable) Professional experience working on the backend with Java / Spring Boot

Professional experience developing customer facing applicationsProfessional experience working cross functionally with Design teams

Knowledge of the racing / gaming industry
