    Job Description

    Partner with Digital Product Managers, Architects, Quality Engineers, and Salesforce.com.

     

    Administrators to design and drive the execution and delivery of products

    Partner with Solution Architects to drive:

    The definition and execution standards for designing new solutions.

     

    Definition and execution of best-practices and see that they are adopted and practiced by the development team(s).

     

    Design and implement scalable and testable solutions utilizing native Salesforce functionality. (APEX, SOQL, Visualforce Lightning Web Components, etc.).

     

    Lead conversations around code reviews with other engineers, and administrators to provide constructive feedback to help grow the team.

     

    Design and Implement Integrations of Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems.

     

    Bring an excitement and passion to building a world-class salesforce team and application.

     

    Work collaboratively with other engineers, product managers, UX designers, etc in a fast-pasted agile environment.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer.

     

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related highly preferred.

    Expertise with salesforce development languages:

    Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce.

     

    Salesforce Lighting implementation experience.

     

    Strong understanding of SF Sales Cloud and CRM workflows.

     

    Expertise with GIT.

     

    Proficiency with Copado or other Salesforce DevOps CI/CD tools.

     

    Experience with Test Automation within Salesforce.

     

    Excellent communication, verbal and written. Certifications:

     

    SF App Builder, SF Developer I, SF Developer II, SF JavaScript Developer, SF Data Cloud Consultant.
