Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to support multiple concurrent initiatives across ecommerce and SAP supply chain domains. This role blends traditional waterfall planning with agile development cycles, requiring strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset.

•️ Responsibilities

• Lead and support test planning and execution, including functional unit testing, integration testing, and UAT coordination.

• Collaborate with development teams during iterative solution cycles (2–3 month sprints) to deliver MVPs and phased enhancements.

• Work across multiple projects with staggered timelines and go-live milestones.

• Partner with SAP and ecommerce teams, each operating in their own sprint cadence.

• Contribute to delivery by April, followed by additional feature phases.

• Facilitate integration efforts, including ETL workflows and cross-system coordination.

• Use Jira to manage and track work across development and QA teams.

• Analyze and visualize data using Power BI or Tableau, working closely with data teams.

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable insights.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role

Experience gathering requirements, doing functional design and heavy documentation

Experience with test plans and test execution

Ideally experience working with SAP or on eCommerce projects

Good communication skills as this will be a cross functional role working with multiple teams and the business
