    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring a Workplace Technology Specialist to support the NBA’s IT team onsite. The role involves providing technical support across Mac and PC environments, managing Mac systems via Jamf, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues. Responsibilities include supporting Microsoft Office, assisting with basic Azure and Entra configurations, and delivering high-touch service to senior leadership with professionalism and discretion. Daily tasks include imaging and deploying computers, provisioning phones, performing upgrades, and setting up meeting room tech. The specialist will also handle end-to-end support—from user devices to physical infrastructure—and must communicate clearly with executives to resolve issues efficiently.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3+ years of IT support experience

     

    - Technical proficiency across both Mac and PC platforms

     

    - Hands-on experience with Intune (PC) and JAMF (Mac) management tools

     

    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

     

    Strong communication skills Familiarity with Entra ID or Azure AD
