Job Description Summary
GE Aerospace is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Site Compliance Audit Leader to design, lead, and continuously improve our global site compliance audit program. This critical role is responsible for assessing the effectiveness of site-level controls, fostering a robust compliance culture, and driving operational excellence across all GE Aerospace locations worldwide. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, leverage lean principles to drive continuous improvement, enhance audit processes, and ensure operational excellence. This role is hybrid in the listed locations, 3 days a week in office.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage the site compliance audit program, ensuring comprehensive assessments of control effectiveness and compliance culture across all sites.
+ Utilize lean principles to streamline audit processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement in program execution.
+ Develop and implement audit strategies and methodologies to enhance program efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
+ Interface directly with senior leadership, including company officers, to present audit findings, provide actionable recommendations, and influence strategic decisions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of audit processes with business objectives and compliance initiatives.
+ Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure the audit program remains current and effective.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
+ 8+ years of professional audit experience including leadership roles.
+ Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-site projects.
+ Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to interface effectively with senior leadership. Familiarity with lean principles and their application in driving process improvement.
+ Ability to travel 20% of the time, domestic and international.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 12 to 15 years of audit experience with a focus on compliance and operational audits
+ Demonstrated experience in building an audit program and team from the ground up.
+ Experience with US Government Audits.
+ Extensive experience engaging directly with senior leadership, including company officers to influence decision making
+ Proven track record of applying lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The base pay range for this position pay range is $168,600.00 - 224,900.00. USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 15th.
