Job Summary Details:
The **Autoclave Operator** is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of autoclave equipment used to sterilize production materials, tools, and equipment in compliance with cGMP standards.
**Pay:** $17.00-$18.00 per hour, dependent on experience

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Aseptic, GMP, and/or sterile processing experience highly preferred
• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
+ Operate, monitor, and maintain autoclave systems to sterilize equipment, components, and materials.
+ Prepare materials for sterilization, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
+ Perform routine checks and validation of autoclave cycles to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
+ Maintain accurate records of sterilization activities, including batch records and equipment logs.
+ Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions or deviations to maintenance and quality teams.
+ Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure timely availability of sterile materials.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and handling of biohazardous materials.
+ Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Support training of new operators and contribute to a culture of compliance and safety.
