Overview

**Compensation** : $20/hour

**Location:** Houston, TX

**Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday; Weekends on need basis

**Work Hours:** 3:00PM - 11:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and manage a large team of janitors across multiple locations.

+ Hire, train, coach, and evaluate janitorial staff performance.

+ Implement and maintain cleaning protocols in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

+ Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety guidelines.

+ Serve as face-to-face contact with management and building administration, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

+ Partner effectively with multiple building management personnel to ensure cohesive operations and high-quality service delivery.

+ Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among janitorial staff.

+ Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations.

+ Work independently while taking the initiative to solve problems and improve processes.

+ Engage remotely with the greater team at ABM to ensure consistent communication and support.

Required Skills:

+ English is a MUST.

+ 1+ years of management skills with experience in supervising a large team.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

+ Experience in multi-unit building management.

+ Critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Desired Skills:

+ Background in commercial janitorial space.
