    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring **motivated Concrete Laborers (RWP Certified)** for projects located in and around **Racine, WI** . This is a **first shift opportunity** with a pay range of **$22–$26/hour based on experience and skill level** , with potential to earn up to **$32/hour** for highly experienced candidates.     Job Scope:

    + Assist with setting forms and placing/leveling concrete

    + Perform general flatwork tasks, including pouring, tying rebar, and moving forms

    + Operate power tools, including a concrete saw

    + Load and unload tools and materials

    + Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

    + Support all phases of concrete work on large commercial projects

    Requirements:

    + **RWP Certification – required** (must have or be willing to obtain)

    + Prior construction site experience preferred

    + Ability to read a tape measure and operate power tools

    + Must have all required PPE

    + Reliable, attentive, and willing to learn

    + Dependable and able to follow directions and safety protocols

    Requirements

    + Must have previous concrete experience - either concrete flatwork or foundation experience
