Processing Digital Analyst

Position: Major Tasks Partner with Veg processing site teams to deeply understand operational needs, challenges, and long-term goals. Assess and recommend fit-for-purpose digital tools and technologies to solve business problems. Translatethese insights into digital requirements, solutions, or projects in partnership with the cross functional stakeholders. Support implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with site objectives and processes. Implementation supportspans across requirement development, process alignment, testing, data support. Post implementation – support production issue resolution and ensure high system availability. Drive continuous improvements: Monitor performance and usage of implemented solutions. Gather feedback, identify gaps, and drive enhancements to maximize value and impact. Provide project management support, secure appropriate training and change management needs required for successful adoption and usage of deployed solutions. Support site teams in embracing data-driven decision-making. Drive data visualization and analytics solutions. Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams (e.g., IT, Data Analytics, Digital Innovation). Ensure solutions are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with broader digital strategies. Position: Skills,... BSc + 4 years relevant experience or 8+ years of relevant experience High level working knowledge of product supply and Manufacturing processes and supporting digital ecosystem. Experience managing product supply initiatives involving ERP and CRM solutions. Strong working knowledge of 1 or more product supply digital systems. Ex: MES systems, SFDC, SAP, Velocity, Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt. skills to ensure business advise and influence at all levels across the organization Understanding of Project management lifecycle and methodology Proactive mindset & ability to work independently Experience in developing and implementing system improvements
