We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Green Bay, WI plant on 2nd shift. Job Duties: The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. + PC to PLC program maintenance, troubleshooting, and control devices + Effectively use hand tools and electric or pneumatic power tools + Perform preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on equipment + Read electrical schematics + Diagnose cause of electrical and mechanical failure of operational equipment + Set up new equipment lines and equipment changeovers + Train production and other maintenance personnel + Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete projects on due dates + Work on electrical systems up to 480 VAC + Strong knowledge in motor control circuits, automated valves and process controls + Ensure that all processes are followed + Complete daily work order log + Complete PM’s as assigned + Follow parts check out procedure + Follow all GMP standards + All other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: + Associate Degree in Electrical Maintenance preferred or High School Diploma plus at least three years of related experience + Strong electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting skills + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis + Experience with a Windows-based computer system (Microsoft Office programs and Maintenance Work Order software) + Ability to read and comprehend documents such as blueprints, schematics, work orders, etc. + Ability to write standard documentation and effectively present information to other employees + This position may require forklift certification An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans **Pay Range** $20 - $35 / hour
